I have a good friend who is a lawyer and he said they are treading on thin ice and it's bordering on fraudulent giving garbage and or false information to the customer who is spending their hard earned sometimes on the crap comments That is the issue, and I can't see how people can't see this. It's just not right. Irish, Insider and meomy 2

I look at it this way. They want us to take them seriously, but obviously they don't take us seriously. They treat us with contempt whilst expecting us to interact on their terms. They've obviously noticed my recent lack of interest as l've recently been offered a deposit bonus, the first for some time. 'Twas a common thing when Entain first took over, but l haven't seen one in awhile. Insider

I certainly don't rely upon it at all Liz - more a causal glance when I'm looking at times and statistics in case there is a snippet of useful information that I wasn't aware of...... AI frustrates me as I see it in most cases as a corporate cost cutter at the cost of human jobs, and more importantly 'human interaction; which is being continually driven out of our lives. It's stealing a valuable quality of life like a theif in the night.... The younger generations are the one's I feel for most What fuels me to comment on Entains useage of it is they claim to be a tech savvy, Customer experience driven company yet their application of AI is the worst I have seen by quite a stretch. Quality control in the delivery of it's product to the customer seriously lacking here..... Pretty sure this happens to idle accounts as my wife seems to get them every few weeks Insider

It was hilarious following their comments on the well-publicised 4-horse race at Ellerslie two Saturday's back. They were completely rewritten during the week - maybe after comments here on RC, who knows? - so they obviously have access to more than one source? Or maybe they got a human in to rewrite that one? Like most, l don't rely on their comments either, but as l only casually follow the sport, never watching mid-week racing outside of the Melbourne Cup etc, this all equates to a lot of Saturday racing - outside of the Premier-type meetings - l don't have a bet on as I'm largely unfamiliar with the horses. Once in a blue moon l might watch a preview show, but there are so many of them - if you include local and Australian, gallops and harness - I'd never stay awake long enough to take it all in . Therefore the sort of comments they post, largely just expanding out their own data that is available to everybody anyway, adds nothing. and that's annoying. They don't deserve our support. It doesn't take long to work out their comments are 95% rubbish. Alf Riston

If they are reading this, sign me up to take all the AI efforts as a starter, quality check and humanise them -would cost 5/8ths of FA and make a big difference meomy

It's just not right. NZ is lagging way behind with ensuring AI legislation, read the UK and European AI legislation for advanced knowledge. It's always needed Human Agents and is a legal requirements. We had a scan in PPNZ of Artificial intelligence some time ago and there was serious concerns as to using it as far back as the 1950's - 1960's. It's a group of Computer boffins / Science Society tied in with Marvin Minsky, Donald Michie and the 1950's descendents who have imposed AI on to us as they were pushing this s+#& up hill back then. Michie's daughter who is a "psychologist / Behavior Scientist" and overseeing "The Human Behavior Project" has been funded in the majority by IBM since the 1970's to the tune of around £90 million across the course of her career. She's always harping on about "Machine Learning" and one has to question if she's merely lining Bank Of Michie - yes they go back in history, with her spin. Donald used to travel between the UK and USA as did a number of New Zealand "academics" tied in with computers. It pays to see who is operating in the background with there Agendas.
