  1. For those of you who remember racing with Myrtle, back in the day, today she will be 100, quite a milestone. Myrtles last dog to race was Kellie Hove in 2002, but other names that spring to mind are Barbies Zorro (Silver Collar winner) and Twindles Magic (Marathon 980mtrs at Mt Smart) Happy Birthday Myrtle Lyn Nixon

  9. I've seen some funny goings on at Dunedin e.g last year a dog with no form at all was backed for approx $5k to win and jumped out and went berserk and turned around and tried to eat the boxes. That is a classic bblunt...I really needed a good laugh today...would love to see the replay of that LOL
