Friend Family 377 Report post Posted April 2, 2024 The Riff Rocket will pick them up and spit them out. He is a class act and the $4.00 should be taken as it won't be there on Sat afternoon. FF.

Friend Family 377 Report post Posted April 2, 2024 Good question Pogo .....my answer is ZERO......especially over 2400mtrs I would have Orchestral on top of the Riff. pogo(aus)
pogo(aus) 937 Report post Posted April 2, 2024 so taking a line through the Vinery, where Zardozi was jumping from 1500 to 2000 at her thrird run in and beaten 1/1/4 lengths by Orchestral (nz) in an unsuitably run race ? zardozi is seven runs on soft or heavy for 5 wins ? interesting n0? keep on digging Zelda. nomates

We're Doomed 5,790 Report post Posted April 3, 2024 I have always liked Australia's best maiden, Cap Ferrat. Looked like he was building up nicely to the Derby distance, but I'm not sure about the wet track. Black Kirrama

Friend Family 377 Report post Posted April 5, 2024 Hey Pogo .....you live in Sydney don't you>? ......so do you reckon they will go ahead tomorrow or switch to duck racing? Your filly Zardozi would love another week between runs and then would probably run in the Oaks as well no?.....so I hope they race tomorrow as Cummings won't back her up three weeks running in my book. pogo(aus) 937 Report post Posted April 5, 2024 i dont think Zelda will get the six or eight inches....of rain we were exoecting, ive been all over sydney today and its very very wet BUT the aTC main man says its on. rain expected to ease tomorrow morning and racing on a heavy sufrace , currently a heavy 8 but rain easing ( eeeeetoooooon ??) zardozi ?? she could easily win the derby ad back up a week later in the oaks, if the races were put back a week she would be even harder to beat in the oaks. BUT against Orchestral (nz) thats a tough ask n0? either way . 6/4 riff rocket in the derby, can win for sure , top horse but i'll let it go at that price. good luck and enjoy the day
