They have until October to put a legal challenge. Before that I think is submissions.

I agree PS . John D moved around them very slowly so didn't use him up . Looking at the drone shot , when he realized the horse inside him flew out and realized Marketplace was getting a run through he slapped Chockies up but couldn't quicken . I think Marketplace is a lot better than Akuta and will only get stronger . The times he has run have been amazing and to date hasn't really had a gut buster , he has been well looked after by Craig . Chockies is his own worst enemy not having gate speed but he is a very good horse , not many can sit parked in any race and stick on

That run-through almost looked pre-planned with the horse/driver immediately in front of MARKETPLACE based on the drone view of the start. Had the front row horse not immediately put peddle to the metal MP would have piled into the back of it based on how quickly he accelerated into the vacant slot. They say you make your on luck, but maybe sometimes you can arrange a little bit of luck too?

Making her first start for trainer Brad Cox and since WinStar Farm partnered with Baron Stables, Margie's Intention grinded out a victory in the $300,000 George E. Mitchell Black-Eyed Susan Stakes (G2) at a sloppy Pimlico Race Course May 16.View the full article -
Boy oh boy, you love to put the boot in don't you. What size are your feet? The ultimate winner originally was not eligible for the final, then all of a sudden, mysteriously, she was. It's definitely "a shambles", no argument is possible on a matter of fact, and while just how the race conditions for the final can be changed so late in the piece is an issue, sure, but the bigger question is how only a select few (One? Or two?) found out about the change in time to take advantage of it. I have my own theory on how this occurred (and who is responsible), but whether I've joined the correct set of dots or not will eventually be revealed. Or not. ATC happenings have a habit of not being revealed to members, let alone the general public.

Should be ok . The Choc's had a REAL hard one in the Great Northern Derby last month and dropped out but has bounced back ok from that with 2 really nice runs back home at Addington. Dunn's have great training conditions at the beach (apart from the freezing cold) so are unlikely to break down as many horses , as we used to in Oz on the rock hard tracks, baked in the sun 😎 . they turn their horses out in beautiful order for each race. Marketplace was sensational in the GN Derby getting taken on hard by the Choc's and kicked right away. An amazing performance 🏆 . They were closer last night over the shorter trip and John sitting much much quieter lol 😅. Is Marketplace as Good a 3 year old as AKUTA was ?? what's your guess?. (Akuta placed a brilliant 4th as a 3 year old in the Cup in his year recently, then 2nd to Swayzee the year after) -
