I think then the easiest way is anything is split 50/50 after all its a free bet to start with.Then its simple and easy and everyone knows where they stand...there have been some put back in to comps some have not which has been fine...but I just think as we are doing so many that its better to have a simple policy that everyone knows the rules to begin with. I have been wrestling with this for a long time and I feel its just the right way to do things fairly so as many members as possible can have a chance to do well in one way or another from the comps...Scooby.
 

Why not half of any winnings.After all its cost you nothing to enter.Helps to keep the comps going which are always a lot of fun.

One thing it confirms to me is boxed betting does not suit my style of betting. Mainly a trifecta first 4 and quaddie bettor and I like to find anchors or get a few legs down 2-3 and have the field in leg I don’t like. Trifecta always anchor the 1 I like with field for 2nd and 3 for 3rd. Don’t know why but it seem to work for me. R3 at Randwick today for example I anchored my top pick 4 to win with my other picks to run 3rd and for $15 collected $700. Mates think I’m mad but hey it suits me.

Thanks for great comp. Would normally be disappointed at getting caught late but ironically I got a share of late quaddie and pick 6 with Oakfields getting up in the last at Randwick. Had 3 going and put the other 2 in my picks.

Great to see northerners take the cash. Especially Jared and Nessy as they don’t have all the big owners and the iffy chasing Aussie dogs filling their kennels. They will also be (hopefully) going to the Easter meeting  at Hawera showing you can train the best and still support grass roots racing.The best weekend of racing around if you want a great time and night time entertainment.

Great competition. Always knew that even though we lead most of the day that if a 40-1 shot won the last couple of races we would be toast. Half a head and it changed the scoreboard by about $55. Oh dear, how sad, too bad.

Because I work and listen to races on radio and the number of time he has the first 4 dogs wrong when crossing the line is unbelievable. You only know when they give the divvy. He's more worried where his tip is.

Best greyhound commentator by a country mile. Hopefully back full time soon. Will start watching Wanganui races again. Mark and Co ok but Brian next level. Just have to get rid of nzs worst commentator in Trevor Wilks now. Have not had a bet at Addington for about 4 yrs now and won’t until he goes.
