A couple of divvies understated by $1 in those last race scores.  Will be corrected in total safter next race.

Iv'e just come inside after being in the garden all day and just caught the finish of the last race. [The only one that I have seen] Turning for home they were spread right across the track. To me it looked to be playing very fair for the middle of May, especially as it's been raced on twice a month on average, since the beginning of December - Five and a half months, twelve meetings. I say hats off the Jamie and Mark the track curators, as they have done an incredible job given the pressure placed on them with Hawkes Bay, Awapuni and Otaki out of action or partly out of action [Otaki] during that period. [Hat's off to Waverley too] To anyone who saw all the races today, how do you think the track performed especially Leggy who was on course.

Was a great ride to take the Cup. I think he may get a stern talking to for his ride on Wal though.  Looked to be still whipping when way out of contention.

I thought it was now a front runners course? 🤣 Raced beautifully today even with the rail out 6 metres. They were winning from all over the place.

Absolute wrong Curious, as you will have found out by now! I hope that your horse won and you also got a bottle of wine.  

The new jockey Queiroz is a very classy rider...will do well here a horseman.

Agreed, the handling of the race conditions was a total shambles, but like you say, the enquiry will reveal all, and the "select few' conspiracy theory gets put to bed. It's just to be hoped the enquiry happens quickly before the rampant guessing games do any more damage than they already have.

They have until October to put a legal challenge.Before that I think is submissions.

I agree PS . John D moved around them very slowly so didn't use him up . Looking at the drone shot , when he realized the horse inside him flew out and realized Marketplace was getting a run through he slapped Chockies up but couldn't quicken . I think Marketplace is a lot better than Akuta and will only get stronger . The times he has run have been amazing and to date hasn't really had a gut buster , he has been well looked after by Craig .  Chockies is his own worst enemy not having gate speed but he is a very good horse , not many can sit parked in any race and stick on
