GONSTA 1,148 Report post Posted May 30, 2015 Is this something the TAB advertise to all owners? Is this something they do for all 3 codes or only the gallops? Heard an owner went into the tab yesterday to back his horse, guy working at the tab rang Thad and got him 25% on his odds to $4. Is everyone that owns a horse doing this? Bimbo 734 Report post Posted May 30, 2015 Not all owners get to do it, but I think all owners that are Elite customers have received an invite. If you are an Elite customer mr_gee and haven't got your invite, I would suggest that you contact your Elite Services Manager. sunlineboy 131 Report post Posted May 30, 2015 You don't want to be an elite customer anyway. It means we lose too much, too often, WhoKnows
Von Cettes 685 Report post Posted May 30, 2015 You don't want to be an elite customer anyway. It means we lose too much, too often, That's exactly right, the more e-mails/texts you get you're probably not punting to well, when the texts/e-mails stop your'e usually close to being shut down, either that or betting restrictions. It's either you or the Trader, if you specialise in one certain code/sport and you constantly make money you're are putting that paticular trader's job in jeopardy, punting is for recreational purposes only. it's not there designed for you to make money. You will hear the story from someone who got a massive collect, and they will tell you "they didn't get shut down" bookies refer to these type of punters as "Lotto" punters they keep them open as they are more likely to recoup their losses in comparrison to a punter who makes profit constantly and end the Traders career, it's either you or them mckenzie
sunlineboy 131 Report post Posted May 30, 2015 It's quite funny. I got free tickets to the tennis with a couple of other 'elite' customers and the elite services manager. He goes to me "I see you're not spending as much as you used to on racing"..... betting on racing is a time-filler for me and rarely will I have a massive go on something, simply because of the variables involved. Sport is much easier to plonk half your bank account on. I've since shut off my tab account and now just use a terminal if I want a bet. I didn't mind the end-of-month refunds, but that always meant a losing month anyhow! GONSTA

True I had a long think about your 5-50 Nadal trading op, and thought this just might be the way to bet now even the NBoy at 16-1 would have been a good trading op, and maybe even have a look at Arb oppertunities a couple of hundy a day would be sufficent, yes? pogo(aus) 883 Report post Posted May 31, 2015 i think you can do really well VC just be patient enter your odds required and wait, lot's of opportunities for those like yourself that do the work and have an edge. TSNB will trade lower but greened up doesn't produce much until he gets deeper in the tournament, i haven't been able to see much of the spaniard but he did play well against isner in rome, if you win 69 out of 70 and are 5/1 or thereabouts something is skewiff. good luck. go the sharks.
