nomates 3,610 Report post Posted February 17 2 minutes ago, say no more said: Points table after Week 5 We have a new leader with McGinty drawing level with Bonecrusher on points but topping them on aggregate thanks to Pogo's heroics today. That aggregate could come in handy in the final washup when ties need to be split. Elsewhere in the top half, Sunline slid down three places and the three teams below them going into the round all moved up 1 place. No change in positions in the bottom half, but all teams still within 6 points (one good result) of the top 6, and we still have 6 rounds to play. Gosh it's bright up here , been a long time since I was the top of any hill . Big ups to Pogo and Little tramp .

say no more 2,765 Report post Posted February 17 Individual aggregates after Week 5 No surprise that Pogo has jumped from 25th to now top the aggregates, ahead of fellow McGinty-ite Littletramp. Yeah nah, probably for the first time in history a TAB outage actually cost me money. A couple if small wins initially during the actual outage, but the most annoying "collect" was when I tried to put a tenner on the nose of Asterix (which I had selected in the comp) when I saw it was at 14-1, about twice what I expected. But I got the "race closed" message. On my TV they were still loading into the starting stalls. Then I realised when they first announced the problem (which I think most of us had already discovered with all of the "crashed" messages) I'd rewound the Sky decoder a few seconds to hear clearly what they said. I hadn't fast forwarded it again to be "live". When I did that the horses weren't that far down the track from the start, so I'd obviously missed it by seconds, due to my own stupidity.
