  1. Without going through them doing sectionals to collect that information to say which was tempo related as for ability related like all races they have to get pass the leader to have the ability to win.
  2. Quite simply really as even on a bad day for back runners Super Strike was good enough to win impressively from behind so proves the point made.
  3. And? didn't say anything about what she had caused by her decision to move out to give her horse the opportunity to preform. Only quote on what was stated she is now a qualified jockey .Back to sleep now Gruff
  4. But you didn't mention it was her last day as an apprentice jockey and now she is fully qualified jockey.
  5. Who said you did read again to try and understand I said no bias there but 5 leaders won and 3 from handy position so if you weren't handy you weren't in the hunt. Obviously all races are tempo related
  6. Correct if they good enough on any given day they can win
  7. No bias there 5 winners led 3 others handy and one from behind. What was the most predominate factor?
  8. Didn't anyone say that's where you get all the hot tips from because the professional tipsters have done all the form for our information to give us a profit or is it for the TAB?
  9. Did you see the odds for the hop scotch final in Argentina?
  10. Not really only they can do that, but just tell it like what happen and be up front or is it because it was a Group one day and they playing second fiddle to them
  11. How come the stipes report doesn't state that Mandalay slipped going into jump at 1400 before it fell. Is it because they were slipping down the other end of track because the jockeys weren't riding the steeple course because the ground was so hard out there and Kuru took the route by riding back on course proper over the adverse camber to find some slight give in ground for the jumper. Does seem the stipes like to put things up in a manner that doesn't adversely affect protocols
  12. Kind of dumb topic by know all's but the two cones on the inside Gallop track are for trackwork gallops for the horses to go through and you will notice them around the track if you can see that far
  13. Trudy saved the day there alright the winner was fortunate to have its shoulder over the rump of horse in front otherwise he would have been sitting on his arse with the poor buggers following in same spot. If he doesn't get a holiday there something wrong in the system but I bet Trudy told him his pedigree.
  14. Just to add to the short comings of the industry how come North and South have all their programmes for racing out yet Central have nothing obviously no unity within the industry to keep things up to date. So looking like 72 and 82 ratings are gone and 74 the new norm and then you in open class will be interesting but it does show the lack of open class horses going around consistently all year round. At least thy still have enough coin to keep them going.
  15. So now they add a maiden hurdle to Hawera meeting which they will split if enough noms. Gee they can't even programme races for flat horses but bent over backwards keeping the jumps trainers with all the opportunities. Funny thing Hawera have to get jumps carted from Wanganui to use and remember Wanganui got jumps racing there too. Any progress on getting programme for flat horses is beyond a joke.
  16. Think why no stakes showing is because if only the top rated horse is say 72 the stake will be 11000. So for all open races programmed now they will drop stake level if the rating is lower.
  17. Handler unknown if its not Tommy Woodcock who the heck could it be as he use to sleep with him.lol funny
  18. Well said hit the nail on the coffin there
  19. Funny no stake money for what races they haven't had time to work out what races are available for trainers to prepare a horse for that owners are shelving out money hand over fist to keep going.
  20. You not up with the play the are plenty 65 rating and maiden races going around but nothing for 72 or 82 rated horses
  21. Should of asked him you have race meetings programmed after end September but are you going to have any races with them
  22. It takes a while for the lift to get to the top floor, finally a bit of foresight as to what the industry is looking for. If it wasn't so serious its laughable in fact that how bad racing is being run there's so many horses available ready to compete.
  23. Will be a gloried training track honesty, will only suit horses that use it all the time ,can't see it doing anything to promote racing in NZ. But one thing is sure they love spending money they don't have,,
  24. Will be nice racing at New Plymouth greyhound track with rail out 10m.
