He was a Waikato Uni student when he first used to come into my TAB in Hamilton East and then went on to teach at Akld Grammar. What he knew about racing you could write on a postage stamp and nothing has changed. What with him pretending to know about "speed mapping " a race over and over and over,asking brainless questions to trainers and jockeys etc... Previously he lacked confidence which was reflected in the way he spoke,as time goes on he is more knowlegable and his opinions more accurate.
