Plenty going to the MM Gold Coast sale it seems. SA Derby winner Femminile going there too. Campionessa won't be the only former Te Akau Racing representative on offer on the Gold Coast, with the trans-Tasman powerhouse also offering G1 performer Wolverine, Stakes winner Family Ties, Stakes performers Sans Doute and Millefiori, two-win filly The Victress and The Sky Above, a half-sister to G1 performer Landlock.

There's not enough glossy pictures in the constitution. Just words. Too many words for THE DON to read and comprehend. C'mon 🤣
-
It won't be long before THE DON catches himself on his own baited hook 🤣

Don wants to be careful, might end up there himself, but I wish we were as obsessed with removing crims from society as he is, for all that.

There were 3 or 4 parties supposedly interested in December 2024 (I can't remember the exact number now, but pretty sure it numbered 3 or 4), including one Māori / Iwi organisation and likely Fletchers, but l don't know if either of the two named parties are still in the running. I would doubt it.

I had one bet on the night, an EW on MR LOVE so l was cheering against you. I think he even got slightly ahead of BET N WIN in the straight but was outgunned narrowly by a nose at the line. The rest were nowhere. A $42.50 quinella with your selection and my pick. I should have taken some quinellas too, as BET N WIN looked a great bet too, if he saw the 3200 out this time.....and he did!!

William Harrigan knew what he was doing when he bought Complicated as a 4-year-old at the 2016 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale. The daughter of Blame had finished a nose behind Lady Eli in a maiden special weight at Saratoga in 2014. View the full article -
The RNZ article is dated the 1st May, however they apparently did not Know that the Colliers listing had a deadline sale that expired on the 17th April, I can not see any new listing. So the current discussions with buyers must be with those that are interested, but who did not put in a binding offer by the 17th April deadline, or made an offer that was rejected and further negotiations are taking place. I do not recall any mention of Health & Safety issues in the past, and this would appear to be an effort to deflect blame from the ATC Board.

Funny story.. I was in a Betcha Pot with a few mates over the weekend and I loaded us up on We Walk By Faith. The guys in the pot with me are not exactly horse racing enthusiasts but were watching due to the shared money on the line. I explained to them, "If we're sitting behind the leader during the race we will piss in... and if the commentator says our horse is 'all dressed up and nowhere to go' then we're probably f***ed sorry." Not sure they truly believed that quote would pop up in a horse race but anyway.. SURE ENOUGH, Aaron White gives us that dreaded call and we get the hard luck story and all have a laugh. Next Race I double down on Bet N Win and lo n behold BNW also gets the "all dressed up..." treatment from Aaron which draws the same laughter, and the ribbing is starting up about how my bets are shite before the race is over... Anyhow, shout out to Bob Butt for getting his ass (and subsequently mine) out of trouble with BNW, and saving what little credibility I had left in our Pot Friday night. Bob/BNW was all dressed up.... but this time had somewhere to go.

The orange clown has never read the constitution apparently…… Trump says he doesn’t know if he needs to uphold constitutional due process… Donald Trump said “I don’t know” when asked if he needed to uphold the US constitution when it comes to giving immigrants the right of due process as he gave a wide-ranging TV interview broadcast on Sunday. At the same time the US president also said he saw himself as leaving office at the end of his current term and not seeking a third one – something he has not previously always been consistent on even though a third term is widely seen as unconstitutional. But when it comes to giving immigrants full rights in US law in the face of Trump’s long-promised campaign of mass deportations, Trump was less clear on the need for due process and following US law and court decisions. “I don’t know. I’m not, I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know,” Trump replied when asked by Meet the Press moderator Kristen Welker whether he agreed with his secretary of state Marco Rubio, who had previously expressed support for the idea that everyone had the right to due process. ( The Constitution guarantees it you moron ) When pressed Trump continued: “I have to respond by saying, again, I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, and they are going to obviously follow what the supreme court said. What you said is not what I heard the supreme court said. They have a different interpretation,” the US president added.
