Lloyd Vivian 742 Report post Posted March 9, 2010 Is it just me that finds it funny that a son of Choisir is the favourite for a two mile race? Yeah, struck me as strange too mate - I couldn't have him. And then I thought of a horse I rode work occasionally which Trev & Sticko trained, called Flying Luskin; he was by a Slipper winner called Luskin Star. He missed winning both the Auckland and Wellington Cups in the same year by approximately 2cm!!!! The rules of breeding are not 'set in stone' it seems!!!
