Tokyo City is run by NAR (local govt organizations) and the proper racing in the weekends like at Tokyo Racecourse, Kyoto etc, Nakayama is the JRA and they don’t comingle We're Doomed, Pam Robson, Insider and 1 other 4 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
