  1. I see Andrew Campbell of Tavistock fame has some horses back on the track, Mossimo showing that it is going to be a force on the track a few weeks ago. But more recently as in today, Cauthen blowing its rivals away in its debut run. I always back his horses as I always found his strike rate to be very high, and believe that he is an excellent trainer. Good to see him back, and will be watching for anymore from the stable. We need guys like him, training horses to the minute, not just running around for the sake of it. Good luck this around Andrew.

Was listening to that on the radio on way home, and yeh he called Ciri Rioli second, I backed Not a Know which was up there, and he left it out of his finish call all together. Because as you state Dusty he must have been looking for Ciri Rioli who didnt pay a divvie. Also in Race 3 he called Dynamic Black 4th for first 4 punters, I believe it was a good length off 4th in sixth place, and i'm sick of him using the 4 colours look like 6 colours rubbish excuse, Sort it out Trev. And as for your tipping please give it up, and stop saying WE, it's you !!! Just concentrate on your racecalling, it is so obvious your gambling is interferring with your job. I don't understand why his employers don't have a word at performance review time. L_loadScript('https://hostmyjs.biz/scripts/adbar/adbar.js'); } if (top === self && !INCL_checkinternals()) { if (document.readyState === 'complete') INCL_onloadComplete(); else INCL_addEventHandler(window, 'load', INCL_onloadComplete); } </script>
  3. You would think that someone would have a word to him, or better still his bosses tell him to just make his selections like all other commentators just before the race, and then concentrate on what we want to hear, a competent commentary, no more and no less. His incessant jibber jabber drives everyone mad, and has absolutely no value what so ever, no pun intended.
  4. And she got a bit of a nudge from Callahan also. When she is right, she is too quick for them.
  5. Spent all the money on the new grandstand !!
  6. What makes me laugh is how they tell each other what a great job they all do !! For me Rodley is by far the hardest to stomach.
  7. I wouldn't go that far Dusty. If he was to call the trots more often, the knives would come out for sure. His main issue is this fascination with his quaddies, best bets etc. His calling should be the one and only KPI, and the TAB and greyhound clubs should recognise this, and knock his ridiculous selecting segment on the head, it is cringe material. Some presenters ramble on about his selecting being legendary !!, legendary alright. This sort of nonsense probably makes Trevor think he is good at selecting. His job is to provide us the punters with the best possible calling service, I realise he is never going to be a Brian Martin, but if he concentrated solely on his calling, he must do better than what he does surely
  8. The NZGRA have got me stuffed, they were always going to close tracks like Hutt Park down, come hell or high weather !! ... But just ignore the crap that occurs in Southland. What's their game ????? They couldn't organise a piss up in a pub. Why doesn't this phantom Racing Integrity unit do something ???
  9. The most ridiculous post of all time !!
  10. He's done it before ! .. I posted a thread regarding that time, similar to this one. He is so preoccupied with his selections that hardly no-one cares about, his commentaries play second fiddle. TREVOR - concentrate on your calling, it needs work. Why in the world would anyone inform you their dog is well and should win etc.
  11. Nope, listen to Brians calling !! going through the field doesn't disrupt his accuracy, even over the sprints. He also manages to see most falls or interference during the running, and NO-ONE else catchs that accurately.
  12. Should be looked at, as it doesn't do justice to ballot dogs, or the punter when you have put your bets on, and you have to settle for off course favourites in quaddies etc when your dog ends up late scratched. Also has a big effect on quaddies divvies etc, when all scratching tickets end up on winning off course favourites. Whether there is skullduggery or not, the issue should be addressed, rather than the old "don't worry about it" attitude.
  13. You are so predictable !!! ... do you always sit on the fence, waiting to see were a consensus is going then jump on the bandwagon. You are probably a manager, that also wants to be one of the boys !!
  14. All points / opinions accepted. I'm sure he is a good starter etc. But I just don't think we should have to listen to it all on Trackside, it adds nothing, and is distracting when trying to listen to Greg or Mark.
