  1. Been against the rules for a long time. I see they tidied them up a bit now but essentially no licensed peopl should be gambling on any greyhound race. Also against the rules to online gamble at a meeting. Ridiculous i know but im not the person who writes these rules
  2. Ive been at auckland alot recently. Where have you been with your 40 dogs? Or was that a lie like the rest of the crap splurged out here?
  3. Believe its Brendon Cole. But I have heard he's farming and left day to day operations largely to his children. Although whether this is actually true or not is another question all together. Lisa Cole used to be and last I heard still teaches full time.
  4. I know multiple trainers in the CD have refused to take their dogs there to even trial. Last time I heard, even Cole was not trialling there (unsure if he has since). dogs have been doing muscle injuries since it reopened. Not a good look!
  5. they had to replace the rail as it had rusted away. The parts were having to be made because they had no contingency plan in place. they knew about the issue for 6 months and did nothing. Useless is an understatement. Whole club should be removed and replaced. these people are running auckland and waikato into the ground.
  6. Doesn't help after winning the Auckland Cup, he says hes bored of racing.
  7. Waikato club specifically.
  8. Auckland and Waikato regions so the locals. Outside of cole, idt the Cd is much better. Looking at this years auckland cup. Im unsure if im even wanting to have a bet. Its pretty uninspiring heats
  9. 3 heats of the race and only 4 northern dogs in them. what a joke
  10. Many have tried and given up on the industry because those at the top dont want change. The industry is a poorly run mess at every level. GRNZ do not even have a list of assets they own. Thats how bad this industry is.
  11. With the exception of probably the christchurch clubs, most of the clubs have been run into the ground. I think its time to do away with them imho. Its clear most of the clubs are incompetent
  12. They had the incorrect arms for the other backup.
  13. How can a club be so poorly run
  14. Very sad day. I spent much of my younger years growing up and listening to Trevor's calls. RIP Trevor
  15. Not just the dogs either. The clubs appear to be awfully managed. How does it take 2 months to fix faults with a lure lol. Is waikato run by morons?
  16. Only affected the Northern trainer. None of which have anything good enough to compete. Cole goes up north and its a stomping ground for him. Northern racing is boring and dead. Auckland cup should honestly just be an addington or canterbury cup down south. Atleast the locals will actually be competitive
  17. Palmy times have been pretty quick for a while now. Dogs today were running 2080, 2090 which is unheard of.
  18. Why did they postpone the auckland cup when the northern trainers have nothing good enough to compete in either race?
  19. There are deaths in all racing. It's never going to completely stop but you can't deny greyhound racing deaths are at a minimal now. 7 dogs last year. Record tracking is so much better now than it was 2 yrs ago as well.
  20. Brood bitches still appear on the GRNZ website when coming into the country. All registered Greyhounds do for racing or breeding purposes.
  21. No dogs on the GRNZ list from Australia
  22. Every trainer ive spoken to has no clue either.
  23. You are the person who was accusing trainers of lining vet checked dogs up injured? Calling trainers and race day vets incompetent.
  24. Same person accusing trainers of sending dogs out injured. You have no clue
  25. Yes. C0 is a maiden.
