Shouldn't you spend less time on the 'net', more time trying to be a trainer, try to make some money, and make an effort to pay all your creditors??

Rupert Murdoch and Kerry Packer for that matter wouldn't be stupid enough to do what you've done as they would be liable and subsequently sued.

Ownership of this site does not give you the right to manipulate and misrepresent individuals and you would be extremely foolish to continue down that avenue.

Very few of you pay to be here, and most of you don't subscribe to our philosophy.

We are using this site as a vehicle to promote peripheral interests, in my case my stables, in the case of Mr X his multi national acitivities and when he comes back from Portugal he will no doubt make his position clearer, as will I in time.

We don't answer to you sorry, you're a guest in our house, we make the rules, you do as you're told or you go, voluntarily or with our help, but either way we still dictate what goes on here and that's not negotiable.

You could have done everything you seem to want to do, without costing you more than about $500 including domain name, ISP and everything else.

Because you will only have a bunch of 'followers' left the way you are going, and they would have moved to wherever you went, so it's not like there was any 'good will' or site attraction that had any value to you surely.

Can't wait to be outed. I've seen more organisation at the local kindergarten.

Tell me zzz why should Freda be reqiured to pay creditors, are you also against having to pay creditors, I know going bankrupt gets you out of paying, but your good catholic back ground should help you realize you still have to pay when you are in a position to do so or its off to St Nicks wee volcano for you!!!

Sorry Geoffrey, I don't owe anyone a cent.

I do however have about a dozen staff, I pay about 300k a year in various taxes, a good portion of which goes to the unemployed miners of Reefton, and I have an impressive portfolio of assets to show for my good endeavours.

Freda on the other hand seems very keen to offer advice on all manner of things from nutrition (wrong again Freda, as usual) to what constitutes a 'good and proper person', someone fit to hold a trainers licence.

Curiously she seems to conveniently avoid her own well documented monetary issues. Only last year I was involved in some activity down your way and the CJC spokesperson said 'sorry we can't deal with her because she owes us a considerable amount of money and has been in default a long time'. The Racecourse inspector expanded on that and told me the CJC was just one of many.

I personally feel Freda should consider staying off the net, keeping her rather grand but unjusitifed opinions to herself, work hard, train some winners, and get the creditors paid off as the various suppliers etc...have families to feed too and one bad payer gives all the trainers a bad name.

Freda may of course dispute this and she would be welcome to offer an alternative opinion , just as you are.

It's good you brought the subject up though as I was thinking we might start a 'bad payers'/'defaulters' profile page on Cafe.

Owners who don't pay, trainers who don't pay etc...in fact any offender full stop. That way you could look up any prospective client or person you intended to have a relationship with and see if they were in default or dispute.

What say you? good idea? it'd protect the saddlers, float companies, trainers, vets, all sectors. I think it's a doozie idea.

I have no idea of Fredas finances zzz nor do i want to as i have my own life and family to worry about, but i would be very dissapointed in the CJC Ceo and racecourse D if they said this about any of there clients. No unemployed miners here mate they are all fully employed male Escorts.
