Phar Lap Fan 104 Report post Posted October 5, 2022 In all-ages, 4 at 2,000 metres (including Livamol) seems excessive, especially with 2 at Ellerslie. Same number at 1,600 metres, where 2 are at Trentham. Would drop those at s.w. & p. as not desirable for Group 1 races. If the derby and other 3 y.o. races are reduced, can you justify the grading when the same horses are older? Will they improve with age or head to Australia for more money?
