howrude 108 Report post Posted December 6, 2014 Going through the races at Auckland, I seemed to have come across some pretty exceptional debutants in the 2nd- at least that's what we are meant to believe going off the facts given by the TAB. Poppa Conquest: "2nd Auck 318m Qual Trial beaten a nose in 18.15s." Beaten a nose in 18.15s? The time recorded on thedogs.co.nz site is 19.15, which is somewhat more believeable but I guess the point I am trying to make is with the audiences that the TAB and racing attracts, you would have thought that in this day in age, we are well over "typos" or mistakes. I mean, How misleading is this?? And it's happening far too often!! I apologise if it looks as though I'm taking a hit at the dog named, well and truly not the case! Just showing how unprofessional the TAB is.
tonkatime 323 Report post Posted December 7, 2014 I agree, I find when looking through the comments on the Australian dogs the stats sometime contradict the comment.
