The funny thing is you mentioned 4 apprentices as glory seekers, but in another thread you were discussing how Jarrod Todd?? wasnt getting a decent book of rides, therefore not being able to perform.... is that right? I very rarely read your posts, if that is the case then Todd cant go south and ride? Because he must leave the rides to the inexperienced track riders whom trainers just love to put on their horse in hope that they dont fall off..... The reason 'uncle' as you put it, doesnt put these non glory seekers on is because they are more accustomed to losing, and no one likes a loser..... Then you talk about strike rates Again as others excluding you have said, smaller fields, less jockeys will make one's % better... Its no wonder Cropp, walker, Jmac and co venture down south to boost their win talleys, its because they outride just about every jockey down there... You can mention David Walker, chris johnson or whoevers still riding in their 50's, but fact is they just arent better than the Northern jockeys in James, Opie, Leith, Sam...
