Who actually runs greyhound racing in nz, it seems very dysfunctional, are your managers business people or is it run by the government.

I have been reassured that repairs being undertaking are going to be substantial and racing will resume, my dogs will be going there when it is fixed. I think it is important to have tracks safe and monitored independently at regular intervals, say a warrant of fitness by a group of trainers from other areas checking the tracks, but not on race days. As it seems like turn up and complain on race day is not the way forward. What you reckon Jim, maybe even get Nahla back.

Could some one tell me how many racing dogs are down in that part of nz, how many trainers etc etc, I have followed the debate over time as I have shares in dogs in Chrischurch and am a bit frustrated when the trainer says to me of the difficulties to racing down there, I would like to see a well informed justification for continuing racing in Invercargil.
