Hokitika Bell Race 8 at Trentham today. Was a big tip fresh up but had excuses. It is 14 into 8's with a few scratchings.

Yes , I tipped it out here last start , went awful but was heavily in season so happy to go again , on at 9s .

One in R4 , rough as , Kin Chikara , a 7yo mare having first start , have some knowledge of this family , takes time , siblings loved the bog and the grand dam was good mare Innisvale . 23s currently , just a specky .

Also Downtrou R6 , Gruff was tipping this a few weeks ago , should like the mud , I got on at 46s .

And lastly , Meandeal in R2 , the deeper the better , not sure how he jumps but I got on at 17s and now 8s .

Only the tough succeed today , good luck .

Oh and got on Ohoka's tip Barcelona at 26s .

Autumn Boy, who won Race 1 at Canterbury today, could be a smart type. Won paying $51 when beating the $1.55 favourite and stablemate Central Coast.

Heavy track can change things, but the way he hit the line to win was impressive.

$46 stablemate beats the $1.65 JMac ride….what a surprise….

He sounds like an AI robot sorry...tries to speak too eloquently to be a commentator.

Weren’t synthetic tracks supposed to provide more certainty for the punter ?
Sure as hell didn’t at Riccarton today. Form out the window…

Cape Horn - ordinary 6th after 3rd

Pure Artist - looked good thing after close 2nd, very ordinary 4th

Sorcha/Caravella/ Tossuforit - 6th, 7th, 8th

Corps D’Elite - won last start, 15 lengths last today…

Avoriaz - good winner last start, 12th today

Alminette / Hot Cocoa- 4th and 7th after winning

Beau Brummell - big win last start,  11.5 lengths second last today…

Queen of Naples the only one to run up to last start form

Go Your Own Way, Correction and Franni Caccini worth following.
