I agree , I was basing my opinion on the fact that Ch Ch had recorded the wettest month in its recorded history ( 310mm ) since 1863. So it was a pleasant surprise and good for the club. Looking at Results......I note that reviewing 1st pick's only B.Pop managed 1 winner of the 10 races ( Imperatrix $1.90 ) and A.Rodd zero of the 9 races at Riccarton even when race 1 had 6 run , Race 2 had 5 , Race 3 had 4 , Race 4 had 8. Shows you how much knowledge you need. Memphis3, scooby3051, Cabbage and 2 others 2

Only took around 10 years... I understand why they provide tips. They're sole purpose is to drive TAB revenue. You could argue they're not even there to provide quality information about the horse/race. In Australia they have tipsters in a presenting role, which is vastly different, and they are worth listening to and entertaining at the same time.
