Some people might discover Mike Godber wasn't so bad after all. Having all these high ranking cops involved in racing does tend to indicate it is assumed most industry participants are verging on being criminals. Not a good look really. You do wonder how a struggling industry can afford all those massive salaries for non productive employees. It isn't as if they are doing anything useful like scooping up shit in the birdcage.
