Crow 226 Report post Posted January 3, 2022 Work this out from noms day Friday track was a Dead 6 Fine, Saturday Dead 6 Fine , Sunday Dead 6 Fine oh and Dead 5 Monday Fine Is this the only track in the world that doesn't dry out with 25 plus degree days or are the rest of us just suckers for believing in the unprofessional way in presenting track ratings. Its that hot down there they are watering SH1 as the tar is melting on the road yet they don't need to put water on the track to hold moisture in it. I guess anyone can have a leak but the tracks between Palmerston North and Wellington are starting to look like the Mickey Mouse of NZ Racing. Grey Ghost 36 Report post Posted January 13, 2022 Stipes report on one horse says "LITTLE WING (M Singh) - Finished a distant last. When questioned M Singh was of the opinion the mare had not handled the firm nature of the track. A subsequent veterinary examination did not reveal any obvious abnormality. Trainer F Auret advised LITTLE WING would now be spelled." Maybe 24 races in 9 days on the track was too much with no rail movement?
