After viewing relevant film footage and hearing submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of his licence to ride in races from the conclusion of racing on Thursday, 25 November 2021 until the conclusion of racing on Friday, 25 February 2022, 3 months.
scooby3051 10,889 Report post Posted November 24, 2021 he has done it before...he is a decent rider but seems to hate his job...no feeling for the horse at all.....shame as he has talent obviously...nobody seems to be able to get him right he has had a few chances already but beating horses around the head is not a nice thing to do. scoobysnacks 386 Report post Posted November 24, 2021 When a young jockey quits, it's not a good sign.... Clearly doesn't want to be a jockey, but was probably his best option financially.
TurnyTom 1,535 Report post Posted November 24, 2021 Bloody sad, talented and under strong management could carve out a very financially rewarding career and more so enjoy his career. Just have to find the right mentor/influence. Would be sad to see him give it away
poundforpound 745 Report post Posted November 24, 2021 He’s the real deal in every way He has a couple of design faults but he has the right team around him to sort those out He’ll be the next CWJ if he’s allowed to develop correctly TurnyTom
TurnyTom 1,535 Report post Posted November 24, 2021 That's good news Leo, even the master overcome issues and Rumpole, God bless him, was superb in the mentoring role. Wiremu being the next CWJ, massive statement but I do acknowledge he is super talented and can only grow

He has had a few...yes he is a talent no doubt but so were many others now not in the game for whatever reason...he needs to fix his attitude or no matter how good he is he won't last long...I agree the kid can ride for sure so but so can many others who follow rules.
