Looks like this is a copy book of word for word out of the PM's office without factoring into account "Rule of Law." Bring on the Judicial Reviews. Who is the person at NZTR who is in charge of their legal Department and why are they not asking further questions of the PM? Do they use copy and paste without thinking outside of the square? The Coronavirus Act is Inconsistent with The Human Rights Acts and people's rights. People are protected from unlawful discrimination in certain areas of life. These are: Government or public sector activities Employment Access to Education Access to public places, vehicles, and facilities Provision of Goods and Services Provision of land, Housing and accommodation Industrial and professional associations, qualifying bodies and vocational training bodies Partnerships The Act also has special provisions that apply to Discriminatory Laws. Exceptions - One needs to ask, Are Government or public sector actions "reasonable, lawful and demonstrably justifiable in a Free and Democratic Society" Are their "Affirmative action schemes based on genuine need "? Or required under the ''Provision of insurance based on statistical data or medical opinion? After watching many of the b/s hearings during the Trump years in the USA, it is now so easy to spot their tactics. Look to the court cases this week in Australia (streamed live & then removed from You Tube) testing the vaccine mandates. It was the worst kangaroo court you have ever seen with the "defence" lawyers reminding me of Mr Magoo. They (the defence team) were setups and put no real argument together, so now they can claim the govt has court support to mandate whatever they want on normal folk. It was a total sham. There is just no interest from the media in looking at the reality of the health outcomes of the healthy and the young with this virus. There is no interest in looking into treatments. It is all about "positive tests" and vaccines. Those Court cases re Mandatory vaccine in NSW and Victoria are an eye-opener into the level of corruption by various people who are in positions of power and authority. Dan Andrews has previously been in hot water over signing off a MOU several years ago with the Chinese that was deemed to be unconstitutional. He's ruined Victoria and has much to answer for. May it be a warning to others to tread warily with those from China and in general terms who use Interpreters for Business deals. Note the use of women in their 30's of Chinese breed who are in these positions where big money and deals are involved and how many of them have had shocking Consequences. Did you check to see if any Official Gazette Notices were issued that specifically relate directly to this assumption for this region, as is required under Laws, when you posted this Nerula? What factual evidence has come from local Medical Directors in these areas? Who are those people? Write to or go and ask questions of these people. Btw, Influenza is also a Notifiable disease, just like Hydatids and do we get a daily 'case' number of those per region? We definitely do not Ring-fence whole regions off for them , do we? Dogs will generally alas be confined to their own home, if they have signs of any symptoms, and others will be free to go wherever they like exercising commonsense..
