How can you get into Race track?

Recommended Posts

Owners allowed in....pods of 100 ,can't move out of them !

Have to register prior !

So numbers known and controlled.

I in a syndicate with a horse running today and we were allowed12 people in.

Saw video on Addington trots last night and similar set up ,they stressed that owners had to register ,can't just turn up at gate !

Good to see some common sense and systems in place so owners etc. can see races

Hopefully Monday the Govt will do the right thing and allow the South Island to host the Cup Carnival, But would not be a bet I would be willing to bet on

You have to be joking with this mongrel Government. Have a builder friend who dared to go surfing at Maori Bay in Level 4 and some dobber had 3 x plod on the beach when he came ashore--$300 fine!No risk to anybody and 10-12 other surfers out there if there had been a water safety issue.

Roll over and behave like compliant children and you will forever be treated like children. All power to the "freedom fighters"!!

Join Destiny Church…..or just be me…then you can do whatever you like

Yes, just turn up en masse with all your motorbike mates and assorted nutters and no trouble at all. Police and Govt don't mind people expressing themselves, just don't be sneaky about it.

It is up to the tracks to choose if they want owners or not.  Te Aroha has choosen not to have patrons tomorrow.

I think it is cazy that owners can not go on course.  If you have to watch them on TV then they might a well be watching them in Australia.

He made a choice - knew it was breaching the rules. Got done.

I don't like 30m limits in town - but if I get busted breaking the rules ...

Clearly the difficulty the Govt has had getting this virus under control has been made almost impossible by a few twats that wouldn't have made the human stud book. Its a pity because against all the odds we nearly made it. I now believe its time to turn against those same people and open everything up and go for it. Hospital admissions to be only made under strict criteria and certainly NO to non vaccinated ( except children ).

I couldn't help notice the difference between the mask wearing between NZ and Aust yesterday.......... at Hastings there were lots of people without any mask ( looked like owners in groups on the rise overlooking the birdcage ) and those that were had different approaches , nose in/out , some getting interviewed taking mask off etc Jocks some wearing at the start some not , I saw one having the old snot shot. It's only been great luck the industry hasn't crashed.

Had to laugh at that Ivan 😁

I had a quick check of the Stud Book and in fact did find the family link.

It all stems from ARROGANCE being in an adjacent paddock to IGNORANCE and multiple fence jumping incidents leading to a string of low achieving progeny.

Notably the likes of Screw You, Up Yours, Don't Give a Shit, Arrogant A-hole, Clueless & Dumb F..k.

How can they justify throwing the book at this lady lawyer when that religious nutter and his bikie mates do whatever they like in Auck with police and govt acquiescence?

She was conducting research on some possible legal matter. That should do.?

The big questions is who phoned 0800 SNITCH

think you would find if she was part of ownership she would had to  say who she was the fact she was actually granted access into there is more concerning how many  others from Auckland were there , saw at least 3 i know are  domiciled in Auckland on  the camera footage on 1st day of carnival

Back on a sunny Saturday morning in Level 4 there were 10 kayak fishermen off Howick Reef for four hours. perfectly safe but against the edict.

The Covid is in the gangs now and they dont give a tom tit. All the noise from the Podium of Truth is fear and vax. I suspect hoping to get the numbers vaxxed before Delta is rampant.

I would be very bothered if Racing attendance was impinged more however. But there is an air of inevitability and tilting of windmills by Jax and her poodles.

We've had heaps of time to get jabbed so just let the virus do its thing. I we lose a few gangsters, doesn't matter.

Groups of 10 scattered around the racecourse is all good.. there's vast open spaces to 'Space out' remember :)

They only for a very short duration ever advised people, who went through far more challenging diseases than what we have, in the past to not go out when they had Infectious Diseases in the late 1800's  early 1900's, being an era when sanitation and water was more scare, as was housing as we know it.

People also only randomly got prosecuted if they were 'Infectious' if they failed to report to the Authorities they were Infectious or had caught a carriage without advising the operator they were Infectious or were in places where they as an Infectious person were not permitted to be until they had recovered.

People were free to go about day to day living free from restrictions on their Freedoms if they were healthy.

Info is freely available on these matters, along with Legal decisions in The National Library, Papers Past and AtoJ section.

Jump to it, the only reason Racing is not happening as it should is bc people in positions who should be more versant with Laws have not exercised Lateral thinking and looking up  Laws and seeking commonsense avenues they can and should be using to have kept Racing going all the way through.

Parliament should not ever have been shut to Open Questioning ,nor should journalists been obstructed with the use of The State of Emergency imposed Act and Coronavirus Act.

Ask Journalists  and opposition Politicians, and the wider public the the difficulties they have had, and still have trying to get information that we should have access to

Status Quo should have been kept all the way along.

Does anyone have copies of all the Gazette Notices that are understood by Law are required to be advertised in the newspaper advising Racecourses were to be closed?

I was asked to peruse and edit a document from NZTR concerning Covid, Sector Groups actions, freedoms concessions etc from Government, for a bulletin. Its too big to post here I think.

But the essence is the Government make it clear that compliance with their edicts is essential. The lack of that could place whatever concessions, or freedoms extend to the racing industry in jeopardy.

So thinking you have seen people out of zone at the races and reporting it here is unhelpful in the extreme. Dont do it!
