Meanwhile from this weeks news, CEO of Pfizer Albert Bourla predicts annual Covid19 Booster shots just like Influenza.

Bourla is a qualified Veterinarian, not a Human Doctor.

Covid19/ Coronavirus has predominately been a mass internet Online Learning project without background checks of those in Academic institutions involved undertaken.

Animals have not this time around been used for trials like they used to be in the era of McLaren, Steptoe, Edwards etc because of Activists and Universities been put on notice for their Trials on them.

Ebola should not ever have been used as a comparison for the symptoms of Coronavirus Covid19., nor should that of Common Influenza symptoms to shut down the World's economies and destroy lives.

CEO Albert Bourla predicts annual Covid19 boosters shots.

It's overdue Lockdowns imposed under the guise of State of Emergencies were lifted and those involved accountable for their actions.

Btw, have any of those in the jockey incident ever been to China or been up close and personal with Bats who we were all lead to believe this Corona virus originated from?

We have it on good Authority that the Police and Supermarkets amongst others did not receive all information  they should have been, once again, relating to Exemptions, and continuing on with Status Quo to go about one's life normally unless one is Unwell and has symptoms in which case one could understand one may need to stay home to get well, in general terms in New Zealand,.

Has the same thing happened in Australia and within the Racing Industry perhaps???

Sounds just like the start of March 2020 when this carry on commenced.

All roads lead back to the likes of Professor Neil Ferguson and colleagues at Imperial College.

But wait, there's more, anyone else see a pattern of lack of accountability that starts at the same University with BSE, Swine Flu, SARS, Ebola, Aids ETC?

Some of the same names keep popping up, shouldn't they have been brought before Courts of Laws by now?

The BSE Report cost 27 million pounds and is 16 volumes

JJF, thanks, I have to say you are certainly more clever than you look..

The well reported actions of Rugby League players in Australia six nights a week is cause for covid restriction concern - even RL players have one night at home - yet they get away with 14 days and two tests. And a badge of honour in the newspaper.

The punishments to RL players who transgress are sanctioned by RLNSW, who's boss is Racing NSW boss.. a prescient therefore already set in NSW, you would have to assume.. it's a pity for these guys the boss of the AFL, who have also had several "brain fade" covid antics, by players, is not the boss of RV...

I have never said what they did was right, simply that the punishment does not fit the crime.

There are NRL players this year who have had contracts torn up - worth hundreds of thousands of dollars - for Covid indiscretions. You've omitted that.

some good points we need to wake up a bit start adding up the dots. The vaccine will be mandatory so i will be taking it or otherwise i wont be able to work or travel or do just about anything so what option do we REALLY have. Get used to wearing masks and get used to new variants coming up requiring more injections. and get used to people having both covid injections and still dying it is already happening but that doesn't get much air time on the news for some reason might be the same reason the death rate for healthy people that get covid

Is this racing related or you just venting your spleen.

Covid19 related in fact as is mentioned in OT and not as uncommon as one may think keeps happening.

Many similar examples have happened world wide if you keep yourself informed.

The Left hand doesn't know what the Right hand is doing.

That's what happens when Politicians read directly off a pre written script and omit Rule of Law.

And No never meet Billy what ever his name is @bloke

Just well informed and connected in various places.

Have you forgotten that in Level 4 Lockdown in March -April 2020 it was deemed to have been in breach of Laws?

NZ and Australia have followed other Commonwealth Countries who followed China's Template.

Open your eyes and read those in the international Legal Fraternity Qualified opinions and Court Decisions.

Also have a read on the UK Govt website and see how detailed the information is that they receive as compared to other countries.

Credit where it's due, some States in Australia do provide reasonably good and transparent information, however it's not always been that way.

Police are simply following Instructions given to them by Director Generals of Health, whereas normally they have greater controls and say of situations.

Give it a week or so and hopefully more information will come out via Media

Any one else think Meomy might be drinking a bit too much in lockdown ?

She is a wealth of information.

You should find a job for her.

If you want historical documents studied or uncovered she knows what went wrong last century ,as well as a lot of info about current crooks.

A good foil to have on side in politics , business and racing !

Good info if I need a researcher.

Anyway back on the subject Mark Zahra out for 3 months after attending the notorious knees up. Plenty of time to get over the hangover.

What's with the her @Memphis ?

@poundforpound

Go ask Kiri Hannifin from Countdown about her links to Helen Clark, it's why you are in Lockdown all across NZ!

There's only around 2100 Countdown staff off work on Covid leave.

Why isn't there the same with New World??

You can thank UNITE UNION for this latest lockdown

It wasn’t the “knees up” that caused the problem…more the “pants down” I’m told

It still seems to be a morality based judgement by the racing Feds …and that’s dangerous territory indeed, in principle it’s just wrong, and more so given the historical behaviour of some stewards with licensees partners

My thoughts are rules are rules...right or wrong thats the rules...they chose to break them at their own risk...hope the night was worth risking the spring for.....🤪

Incredibly stupid action Scooby…..we’ve all made them as youngsters but not in times like these.

The cost is huge when you think they will miss all the major races…..Caulfield Cup, Guineas, Epsom, Cox Plate, Everest, Vic Derby and the whole Melbourne Cup Carnival etc…..I bet they are counting that cost right now.  John Allen certainly made the most of the opportunity yesterday on Ayrton.

The latest from Racenet

An extra month whacked on top of spring carnival-ending bans handed to five Melbourne jockeys could be considered as a reprimand for lying to Stewards.

Racing Victoria Stewards will reconvene shortly to discuss the matter after Mark Zahra on Saturday night was revealed as a fifth jockey implicated in the Mornington house party.

News Corp has established an inquiry was made about a sixth jockey, however, at this time only Jamie Kah, Ben Melham, Ethan Brown, Celine Gaudrey and Zahra were in attendance.

The hefty three-month bans imposed on the quintet currently sees the three established Group 1 riders and two up and coming hoops rubbed out until the end of November.

A source close to the investigation confirmed “most” of the scurrilous and salacious rumours being spread on social media about the Mornington jockey party is wrong.

Stewards on Saturday night flagged the possibility of further sanctions in their report on Zahra‘s involvement.

‘’Given that the stewards were unaware until late today (Saturday) that Mark Zahra was also in attendance at the Airbnb in Mornington on 25 August 2021, the stewards will give consideration to the evidence tendered by all five jockeys in relation to the inquiry,’’ the report read.

In NSW from next Friday you can get married with five guests in attendance.

That's a total of seven people from potentially different residences all getting together..

I guess it cannot be a couple of jockeys getting married...

Imagine the potential threat to racing..

NSW, nothing surprises me there being the success story they are but thank God Vlandy has a racing rulebook

Viewed in the context of penalties handed down to jockeys who have severely injured other jockeys and killed horses because of their careless actions in races this does seem to be out of all proportion. Even comparing it to the lunatic fringe who have rioted in Sydney and Melbourne during lockdown and largely got away scot free this does seem to be over-kill. It isn't as if they showed any violent intend toward the forces of the law.

You can just see court cases coming out of this going forward. You would only have to ask what would happen to normal members of the public caught in similar circumstances.

Problem is they "Broke Racing Rules" WD

Under Racing Victoria rules you have three days to appeal . Given the penalty was imposed on Friday after 2 day hearing they have until tonight to lodge appeal. If they don't then one can logically assume that those concerned think they are guilty and not harshly treated by RV Stewards.
