tasman man 742 Report post Posted April 23, 2021 Commentator Aaron White pointed out that Brad had bookended the day in NZ harness. Prior to noon he won the first race at Winton in deep south then prior to 10pm he just got up to win the last in slush in Auckland. A good days work , hopefully he got paid travel time !!! Not so accurate was Aaron's comment that the 2.44sec time in 2 yr old fillies race could be a NZ record. The two previous runnings of event had been won in around 2 min 40 sec. Of interest was the fact that driver Mark Purdon had been associated with the past 8 winners of race as either a driver or trainer !
