Spikecity 749 Report post Posted October 30, 2020 How can P Lamb never be held accountable for the f**kups of starts that have been going on for years. I was just looking at the shambles of the NZ cup about two years ago on box seat and both Mick and Greg were calling for blood as were most drivers, but this incompetence just continues week after week and nothing is done. Good on you galloping stipes Race 3 NZB INSURANCE PEARL SERIES MAIDEN RACE (1200m) During the loading process the position of the starting gates was queried and found to be incorrect. All runners were unloaded to enable the starting gates to be repositioned, with a further delay when one of the wheels became locked. Race 3 eventually started 16 minutes late. Starter K Leigh-Ogden admitted a charge of failing to comply with condition 4.4 of the NZTR Starters Manual in failing to ensure the correct positioning of the gates, with the Judicial Committee imposing a fine of $300. JJ Flash 2,135 Report post Posted October 30, 2020 P Lamb was im hearing an.ex traffic officer who is also a member of RIU. Despite his F ups over many years he obviously has some type of.immunity. As for a potential conflict of interest- pretty obvious I'd say Greg Keneperu and LongOwner 1
Keneperu 358 Report post Posted October 30, 2020 Its a worry . All the drivers "love happy" Surely retirement just around the corner though!!! Mind you when you think your "god" nothing phases you. Feel for the galloping starter though as he had heaps of helpers there and surely they could see the starting point was incorrect. As for Lamb!!!! napier
Spikecity 749 Report post Posted October 30, 2020 I see two late scratchings in race 1 - one of them not given a fair start. Nothing will be done. JJ Flash and Keneperu
