Nerula 1,403 Report post Posted July 17, 2020 If Winston doesnt make it back who would Labour put up? Who did they have in the Select Committee into the Racing Bill rewrite. Did they leave it to Winston? National has announced that McKelvie is their man. Below is a short bio. If you know who Labour will put up can you add that bio. We can discount Greens having anybody { Ian was elected as the Member of Parliament for Rangitikei in the 2011 election. Ian’s entry into Parliament in 2011 followed a nine year career in local politics as Mayor of the Manawatu District, as well as careers in agriculture and business. His experience includes directorships of a number of companies and organizations including FMG, as Chair FMG Finance, the Royal Agricultural Society and currently the Chair of Special Olympics New Zealand. More recently during his Parliamentary Career Ian has been Chair of the Primary Production Select Committee and served on the Law and Order and Regulations review committees Ian has three adult children – Diana, Cameron and Angus – and seven grandchildren. tripple alliance 1,026 Report post Posted July 20, 2020 Winnes here to stay , the high court might have just delayed his retirement . NZ First leader Winston Peters has been ordered by the High Court to pay nearly $320,000 in costs after his failed court action over details of his superannuation payments being leaked. According to the article I have just read Winston also still owes the taxpayer $165,000 back from 2005, so in total he owes $485,000. Do you think racing should pass the hat around and help out ? It seems the slush fund is out of action at the moment , still under investigation , clearly it didn't stump up with the lessor amount that's reportedly owed from 2005. Now it's likely a little financial support is needed especially now that two BREXIT campaign organizers have been hired so how about asking those racing giants who stumped up before to contribute again.
