mikenz 1,088 Report post Posted June 27, 2020 You know Southland still bring out some good horses now and then,the southern area probably could do with a few more meetings,not like the trend of reducing.The Riccarton track has a straight over 400 meters,that ascot park tracks just over 200,yet they want to shift all the gallops in the south there,bigger track creates more even spectacle.
