Harness Racing cannot afford him - I can hear it now all the comments about him earning more than the PM

There is one more that has to go. The chairman one K Spicer. Lowest polling board member and he is still chairman. He is the one that put this CEO in. The one that got rid of the last CEO  To much power. Has to go!

The worst by a country mile, has no idea and or governance experience and it shows. The McGrath situation was the all time low for neutrality- not

Getting rid of previous saw HR legal action taken according to some but never heard the outcome.Hush hush perhaps

When one thinks about it the idea for Gore and Wyndham to move is unbelievable Gores money will go to ascot park(southland  racing club)makes no cents(note cents) at all for harness racing, would be better to go to Wyndham and make Wyndham even better  at least money goes back to harness racing, did this Jensen fella consider that?

The trainer [Tony Stratford] on news item seemed very comfortable with it ,in view of the circumstances.

Some alternatives , including virtual collapse of the Harness industry don't bear thinking about.

If your plan/ideas possible and prudent you need to be working on the thru the clubs and Southern Harness.

If not ,I don't think it reasonable to be slagging off decisions and processes you know little or nothing about and in particular kicking the CEO when he is down.

One man wouldn't be making all these decisions ,particularly when he works under a Board.

In these desperate times RITA will be having a big say in subjects such as tracks ,dates and the future of the industry especially as Government just bailed them out !

Misery loves company and your outbursts will be catching the eye of some.....attitudes are contagious !

Whats your role , interest in these decisions ?

Are you a stakeholder ?

Your post [two back] re the departing CEO is totally inappropriate IMO !

So you think that harness racing as in gore should give all their money to a galloping club in invercargill perhaps instead of it's own club or secondly if they  give it to another harness club to make harness racing stronger ,do you think the first option is best?

Am I a stakeholder anyone that bets on the races is a small stakeholder in the industry however I won't bother with tab until all the board go and are reapplying for the job,the cuts to media, clubs ,courses, staff, probably stakes now they need to cut themselves start afresh ,some of hrnz dates decisions have only really come about  because of their own actions, maybe the comments about Jensen were out of kilter but some of the decisions coming out of the top brass do ask questions

Even just slotting in a trot meeting in Southland  on duck shooting day, could they not just consider that  might just irk a few?probably just went ahead and just did it,I don't bother myself but just little things like that may mystify some.

Doing what they are.doing in Southland and Otago. Also Manawatu is hitting the grass roots at their base. Instead of fertilizer they are using tordon. Howdo they expect a club like Tuapeka to go all the way to Oamaru or Invercargill. The locals in this area are not going to travel those distances.

Gore a large service town with a Licensing trust who put a lot of sponsorship into racing will not sponsor because there is no return to them. Like most other sponsors.

Volunteers who give a lot to all clubs in NZ . What do they do it for. It's a community thing. They are not interested in all that work if another area is going to reap the rewards. Look at Rugby. As soon as you don't us local content you lose interest and this is what these high paid corporate types lose site of. The value of the the unpaid. All they are interested in is the elite.

Well if its was not for clubs like Tuapeka Manawatu Roxburgh Gore Wyndham Blenheim etc. there would not be an industry. The top 10 percent is costing us 50 percent of our money. But you won't get them to recognize this because they are the decision makes and the aren't going to chop their own heads off.

That's my rant for the day

Just the same as the high flyers who deserted farming before covid 19,makes them realise  now where the country's solid base is and it ain't in the high rise suit wearing villages.
