He's jumped ship to Imperial College in London where he will also be getting funded, without any accountability, by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Look up the spin SHATTOCK spun at the time back then & he also said there would be a cure for HIV/AIDS within 12 months.... Same b/s, different year, same lack of accountability. Those "scientists" all need to be held to account.
