JJ Flash 2,115 Report post Posted January 27, 2020 Be interesting to see what sort of penalty they authorities hand out if any. Given she has agreed with the horse being disqualified and her previous record it will be an interesting to see what excuse she will present Greg

tim vince 985 Report post Posted January 28, 2020 Really I wonder what I was doing since 5 this morning.conditioning jogging fast work and swimming like every other trainer.the number of positive swabs are very low.we ain't stupid.we know we will be caught so we don't do it. It's like robbing a bank and leaving your fingerprints. Iraklis and Hunter the punter 1

High Sparrow 702 Report post Posted January 30, 2020 Can someone enlighten me please about the line around Nicky "consenting" to the horse being disqualified. Don't the stipes/judiciary in these circumstances have an outright authority/powers to disqualify a horse for returning a positive? What's with the consent business? Thanks. Taku Umanga 194 Report post Posted January 30, 2020 I'm told that a former employee will be getting the blame for the "mistake" this time. Isn't this her 3rd (maybe more) positive swab? Plus a criminal conviction (oh sorry - another mistake): https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10852253 What a great Team Teal Ambassador!
