If not then the driver must be in for a huge penalty - which he justly got (NOT). 3 days where he probably wouldn't have had a drive anyway. Another stipe joke methinks. WITH ICE - broke briefly at the start. Driver C Jones was issued a charge alleging he had driven in a manner causing, or likely to cause, interference in that near the 1200 metres he shifted inwards despite not being clear of NEVERNEVERLAND which had to be steadied and lost its racing position. Mr Jones admitted the breach and had his horsemans licence suspended from the conclusion of racing on the 24th of October until the conclusion of racing on the 28th of October (3 days).
