Race 1- 5 Chase The Hat Trick- Had a hard run and didn't flinch and ready for a hard 1980m, 9- Gilligan's Island- just went under to Aqua Sancta and this field not as strong. 3- Ardens Reality- could get the best run and should be there at the finish.

Race 2- 17 Chasing Great- Has been finishing fast in his last 2 from near last, with any luck should go very close,  14- Ardee Trouble got it wrong last start but an easy winner before that should be the quinella if they go the whole way with economical runs.

Race 3- 2 Diamond Party- Has looked good at the trials but very green, if he leads he will be right in the finish, 1- On A Roll could get the trial and would epect him to be in the finish,

Race 5- 10 Beau Vista- would of been in the first 3 had he not galloped, 4 All Nuts And Bolts may try and lead and therefore a good show, 3- Woodley Shawn ran a good race at Oamaru with a good last half.

Race 7-1 Lone Star Lad- Not far off Oscar Bonanova last start and has a good chance tonight to win,  12- Woodstone is in going well but if he trots the whole way, the will know hes there.

Rac 8- 11 Above And Beyond finished fast in his last trial and looks ready. 2 Skippys Delight won the trial with Above And Beyond and not much between these 2 in talent. 4- Tyron's Bit O Lemon was impressive in his win at Winton.

Race 9- 1 Global Domination- a good run behind Arden Roanoke and good chance that will be the quinella. 4 Kruizr was only just beaten by Arden Roanoke last start and will go close again.

Race 10- 3 Aqua Sancta- Won well last start after a cosy run and should get that again, 14- Ideal Rule is finishing off his races well and a good outside chance here, 15 Franco Garrett likely 2nd favourite and racing really well and did beat Scorcha not long ago.

Best Bet- Race 8-11 Above And Beyond

Best Eachway- Race 2- 17 Chasing Great

Best Outside Chance- Race 5-10 Beau Vista, Race 10-14 Ideal Rule
