Selections: 1-5-2-3 BET NOW RACE 4 3 Darcinsky Prince ($2.70) Very impressive winning his last trial at Foxton on 20 August. Won't be long out of the winner's circle. Selections: 3-8-1-7 BET NOW RACE 5 1 Herengawe Talented local who has faced much stronger fields than this recently. Prefers it heavier but should have too much class. Selections: 1-5-4-6 BET NOW RACE 6 2 Rio Star ($6.50) He's a 33-start maiden but he has gone some very stylish races recently. Ran on strongly at his last start and was caught very late at Awapuni three starts back. Caught in the shadows of the post by Bae Corp last time. Improving track conditions should suit. And then to rub salt into the wound you’ve got another experienced rider on Lincoln town setting up the swooper on the best part of the track whilst staying nearer the rail where nothing was winning???
