The good thing about gavelhouse iscat least you know what going in the market. I complete my forgot about it today as I was working. Had my eye on a few and most of them were sold .

Nothing quite like horse traders to have an over-inflated idea of values. Yearling sales are a good example of that. Despite the costs to get their babies to the sales (stud fees, prep etc) they're still only worth what someone is prepared to pay.
