LightsOut 486 Report post Posted August 19, 2019 Touche Gruff very good ' quoting 'working' was a bad call, i will go and wash my mouth out for saying that. Should have read: Knowing that they are committing fraud by posing that they are working for the Industry. LightsOut 486 Report post Posted August 20, 2019 Ha true just noticed that oh well at least errors on a public forum don't impact as much errors made on behalf an Industry. Spelling wasn't my greatest subject at school unlike senior NZRB management who obviously struggled with basic mathematics. Huey 2,037 Report post Posted August 22, 2019 The way this is written you'd have thought they had managed to double stakes, improve the handicapping policy and get the foal crop to double ... not just add an extra race to a programme ! MEETING NEWS Races Added to Hawke’s Bay and Matamata NZTR, together with significant co-operation from both North Island Programming Chairmen, Hawke’s Bay Racing, Racing Taupo, Whangarei RC and Matamata RC have been able to re-schedule two races that were abandoned at yesterday’s Taupo meeting. The Pak ‘n’ Save Taupo 3YOF race over 1100m ($25,000) will now run on Hawke’s Bay Racing’s Tarzino Trophy Premier Day at Hastings on 31 August. NZTR, together with Hawke’s Bay would expect a minimum of seven genuine acceptors for this race to proceed and see it as complementing rather than opposing the El Roca – Sir Colin Meads Trophy Listed Event ($50,000). The option of a shorter event (1000m) for all three years olds at Whangarei remains on this day. Furthermore, a Mdn 3YO race for $10,000 over 1100m has been added to the Matamata programme next Wednesday. This gives 3YO maidens the opportunity to race against their own age in the early part of the season and effectively replaces a race that was lost at Taupo. dock leaf and Pam Robson 1
