Yes she stuffed up but you have to give her credit for standing up, acknowledging it and departing. Mind you she would no doubt have got sacked if she hadn't of so was given the option to resign. That's how the real world works John. There can only be two reasons you are still there - weak Governance of the Industry or you have something good on someone.
