Could someone from Hawkes Bay let the public know how much water is applied to the track per year.
A breakdown in months would be great.
I'm sure you have the technology.
cheers

I played footy on Saturday not far from the course and the ground was like concrete. I would say they would of had to of put some water on.

It’s like spring in the bay unbelievable for this time of the year .

The best climate in NZ by far.

They should build a brand new decent sized track and transfer all the Classics there.

Almost a perfect track will be available 9 months of the year.

Not far for the Waikato horses to travel or the CD for that matter

Don’t worry about on course crowds as few turn up to Auckland or Te Rapa  these days, plus it’s all about off track betting isn’t it?

A dead 4 produced, good for the time of year. I doubt many will object to this surface.

Plenty of Waikato trainers seem happy probably a better trip than  going up to Ruakaka
