Fartoomuch 1,376 Report post Posted November 20, 2018 What a great field for 20K Geraldine Cup this Sunday. On the grass at Orari they will be praying for the rain to stop. Trying to select the winner will not be easy but Airpark Flyer deserves serious consideration ace 9 [4:42pm] FRESH CHOICE GERALDINE CUP (HANDICAP PACE) $20,000, R70 & FASTER DISCRETIONARY, 2850m Racebook Gear Front Line Limit For R70 & faster pacers. Fartoomuch 1,376 Report post Posted November 20, 2018 Last start NZ Cup.runner so has to be respected. Best performance this season on grass at Methven be hung Cruz Bromac Funonthebeach cost me a lot on show day through interference and breaking. Went close and has a new driver obviously. Great race at a time when things usually are low key post Cup week

Counter Punch 256 Report post Posted November 21, 2018 Agree with Airpark Flyer - he would have just about beaten Forgotten Highway at Methven had he got clear air at the right time. Great stand start horse who should lob on the speed early and can hand to the right one if they want to. The Cup is a great field, but the racing across the board is as good, some cracking maiden fields with plenty of winners for the next couple of months to be found. 179 went around at Methven at the trials on Sunday and there was fair few that put their hands up as quick winners. Will chuck a post up later of 10 horses I saw on Sunday who could all win a race within the next month based on their run. harewood

Not convinced its been that well placed but does have ability based on its unlucky Methven run.Better still this weekend its racing its own class
Newmarket RC 209 Report post Posted November 22, 2018 Good luck to the red carded ex RC poster HunterthePunter with his nag on Saturday. He might have to follow the Blue and Silver stars jackets in but whats new. Given how much he brings up the phrase maybe he should name his next horse Masking Agent Thejanitor and Fartoomuch 1
