Fartoomuch 1,376 Report post Posted November 5, 2018 Just had this txt from a mate in Melbourne re current weather "Just had a downpour at Flemington, but didn’t last long. The track dries pretty well these days, mate. Bank on a good 4, if say."
CBT 82 Report post Posted November 5, 2018 Just passed Flemington on the train. It’s definitely wet and the track will be affected but can’t see it getting to soft. Will definitely have the cut out of it for sure and should suit most runners.

Tauhei Notts 1,403 Report post Posted November 9, 2018 That Flemington track is magic. I'm just back home after visiting the place. They got 48 mm of rain on the day. There is not a track in our country that could take such a deluge and still carry on racing. That rain was torrential.
