For years transporting them this way was the norm. Is there a new law in place? Maybe this might be part of Winstons supposed new rationalisation across the codes initiative ? A similar example of over kill action and not doing there home work was blockading a street for 6 plus hours with armed offenders , negotiators and huge man power deployed but guess what - the house was empty .
