SA beat AB’s

Better Coaching, better Captaincy. Where was the $million man when you needed him to kick a goal almost in front? Where was the Captain when all that was needed was a 5th grade drop goal right in front to win a test match? Where was Hansen when an instruction was needed to “take the drop goal”? Obviously, no confidence in Barrett. So much for experimentation! Pick your best side (as they did in the golden years) and go for it! Good on the SA’s - they have given the Blacks a big wake up call and as a result, the rest of the world will exploit it. Very poor coaching and Captaincy for this game.

Well the NZ Nitball team got a new coach and captain ,bowing to public pressure and it didn't help them !

The rugby result probably worst for Kiwis living in Australia ,then Aussie loses to Argies when their best player Folau fails to make a simple pass !

The 3 x guys you bag are the "best evers" and most times make good decisions ,thats why the recent record are best-evers.

Its kinda good for the game the odd loss.It gets boring when the Boks and Wallabies are consistently rissoled.

What really matters these days is Women's Rugby and we keep winning at that !

Once again, BBarrett resorted (especially early on) to kicking away possession.    every time he kicked SA had plenty of time  to gather ball and launch counter attack and never kicked it back to ABs.   So ABs put in situation every time of tackle, tackle, tackle which energy sapping.    Now days the up n under not the tool it used to be as receiver cannot be played while off the ground.     The ABs (in my op) have to get  change of thinking and work out of their defensive situations by grunt and patience as the kick whether stays in field or goes out hands the initiative back to the opponents and the Boks did that extremely well last night.

I’m not suggesting they change Coach or Captain. Their poor defence lost them the game and they will reflect hard on that! But the game was there to be won when they were camped under the posts! Stand on the 22 and receive the pass from TJP and “Bobs your Uncle!”. As for Falau - we’ve come to expect it but Beale is worse!

Couldn't watch the rugger, preoccupied with GWS  getting beaten by the Magpies.

Great game with plenty of players willing to work hard on both sides.Great to see Uncle Eddie not have to ask for a lifeline or phon a friend.

Looking forward to next weeks prelim final.

The AFL semi on Saturday was played after the AB's v Boks game, so you could have watched both. It wasn't a great game by any means. The Dee's v Hawks the previous evening was vastly superior.
