Interesting for sure.On one hand Jacinda wants everybody out of cars because they contribute to climate change and then on the other hand she launches an nvestigation into why it is too expensive to drive a car.So which way is it.

You couldn't make it up Crusty. Earlier she was telling us the tax was to improve the roads....! We don't need them apparently.....:rcf-clown:

People are either far too busy trying to make money for their families and pay the rent or mortgage or not even interested in complicating their thought processes for anything else( not surprising)let alone getting their heads around the jesuits and the central banks....were fucked, you spend enough time watching the old clips it’s obvious as Jones Shit drive on yulestar or Mckeons on Ginga dude . The Oz housing bubble and the US dollar failure will unfortunately put more pressure on everything and the Chinese now have a ceiling on their housing loans so the bailout this time won’t happen. Most people don’t have spare money anymore, those on benefits and have addictions not associated with drugs outside of those with plenty willing to gamble will be the base of the industry . Not Ideal.Do u invest in gold, silver or Cryptocurrency? The Federal reserve meeting in April was the start of the 1,000 to 20,000  6 month change but the anonimity of the bitcoin creator seems to far fetched, it must be corporate.....How the f@&k did Suliman get beaten 14 Len by a dog????? Forget the obvious bogus Moon landing this is the bigger conspiracy

Key the banker fired off 15 million to the crooked Clinton foundation ( Bill a bi homo preferential

and Hilary a lesbo rapist)no wonder he resigned very very wealthy ,bankers create money from nothing now as  opposed to the borrowing off others investments as we were taught:rcfe-surprise:which of course creates financial bubbles and when the shit hits the fan it’s the person borrowing who suffers not the wankers oh sorry bankers

It seems there are plenty of highly qualified doubters .

Professor Lindzen said the IPCC report this week had reduced the alleged tipping point from 2C to 1.5C because there had been no significant warming for 20 years. ‘Warming of any significance ceased about 20 years ago, and 2C warming was looking increasingly unlikely.’

A climate scientist said Australia’s coral reefs are not in danger in the wake of a UN report on climate change that he says is helping to overturn industrial civilisation.

An Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report released earlier this week forecast doom if coal-fired power is not ended within 32 years, worldwide.

It predicted up to 90 per cent of coral reefs would be lost if the earth warmed by 1.5 degrees Celcius by 2100, prompting fears for Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

But meteorology professor Richard Lindzen said the more alarmist climate claims were false and that there had been no significant warming for 20 years. Professor Lindzen said Australia’s political class had gone completely bonkers in their response to climate change alarmism and hadn’t taken the time to actually read and understand the science. ‘In Australia as elsewhere there is no evidence that anything other than the usual disasters that nature hurls our way are likely.’

Ha...Its' all lies.

Global warming is indeed man-made – by NWO paid scientists and fraudsters at government agencies who tamper with data.

When man can control the sun only then can you control the temperature!

The reefs were doing just fine when the av earth temperature was more than 10 deg C warmer than now.

Global warming is about the same scale of a fraud as Obama was.

It would be just great to increase the temp by a few degrees but it aint gunna happen.

Ha Nasa  = Fake  news and you just gobble it all up!

You believing in Jacinda  now and the Fake Climate scam

Ha  The first 2 statements I happen to glance at are fake

Scientific Consensus

Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree that climate-warming trends over the past century are very likely due to human activities, and most of the leading scientific organizations worldwide have issued public statements endorsing this position.

HaHa Fake

Global temperature rise

  • The planet's average surface temperature has risen about 2.0 degrees Fahrenheit (1.1 degrees Celsius) since the late 19th century
The planet's average surface temperature has risen about 1.62 degrees Fahrenheit (0.9 degrees Celsius) since the late 19th century, a change driven largely by increased carbon dioxide and other human-made emissions into the atmosphere.4 Most of the warming occurred in the past 35 years, with the five warmest years on record taking place since 2010. Not only was 2016 the warmest year on record, but eight of the 12 months that make up the year — from January through September, with the exception of June — were the warmest on record for those respective months. 5

    More Lies
The Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets have decreased in mass. Data from NASA's Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment show Greenland lost an average of 281 billion tons of ice per year between 1993 and 2016, while Antarctica lost about 119 billion tons during the same time period. The rate of Antarctica ice mass loss has tripled in the last decade.7

    AND More Lies
Global sea level rose about 8 inches in the last century. The rate in the last two decades, however, is nearly double that of the last century and is accelerating slightly every year.10
    Ha and more ridiculous lies

Gotta point out the scam on that one Ohokaman , (the evidence) I watched a scientific program a few years ago , the scientist was showing how to take c02 readings , this was long before the 400ppm was an issue .

The demonstration was in Africa and involved floating a balloon to tree top level and taking a reading , up went the balloon , he pulled it down and examined the device , Yes he said that's 400 ppm that's what we would expect at that height and AT THIS TIME OF THE DAY  (hot and sunny) but the climate conmen have made out 400ppm is something new and dramatic , it's not new , it's just part of the scam .

I like the part , VERY LIKLEY DUE TO HUMAN ACTIVITIES , hardly scientific is it and the 97% are chosen scientists . Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree that climate-warming trends over the past century are very likely due to human activities

Ohokamate , wake up , when over a half of the worlds population is doing nothing on this issue why should we. China , India , USA  the biggest polluters are not playing the game .

The main thing you get from this is "we don't know"....what we do know is catastrophic events are happening much more frequently.

WOW at last you have not quoted MSM and actually did some research.

Patrick Moore says Co2  has no effect on temperature.... therefore trying to reduce Co2 is futile.

Your last statement is a lie...".what we do know is catastrophic events are happening much more frequently."

Try calculating how many more people with cameras at their disposal plus the Fake News trying to convince the sheep of catastrophic climate change so they can scam more dollars off everyone.

Duh wake up!

Great clip rdytdy , says it all really and Ohakaman it's a fallacy that events are more frequent , events are more publicised , its that simple , modern communication .

Events are being used for political gain nothing more , if NZ politicians truly believed in this bull we would be building water storage , try that and see who objects . Here in NZ no matter what we do we can make no difference to what ever happens and if China and India thought this climate scam was real they wouldn't be deliberately doubling or trebling their emissions , that's what they committed to do before the Paris scam was agreed to and don't be to harsh on the Don , in the USA  emissions are falling , the reason , technology and FRACKING  , good to see the Brits getting into that one .

Our neighbours exported 175 MILLION tons of coal last year which will be burned on the same planet as we are on but no body's complaining . Remember Nathon Tinkler the big horse owner in Queensland , he went broke when coal collapsed , he owned White Haven Coal , today White Haven Coal is back minus Tinker , shares around $5.6 up from .40c and exporting 13 million tons a year , that's how concerned Ausse and their international clients are about climate change .

We all know climate changes , it ALWAYS HAS  but at the moment it's being used by the lefty's for political gain and to dominate our lives , they seem to be forgetting a strengthening China (who's not playing the game) and the possibility's there , don't say you weren't warned .

We swapped energy self sufficiency for climate change flag waving

by Suze

Just where did this short-sighted government think we were going to source our power from when they shut the door on oil and gas exploration and alerted the mining industry that their neck was also on the chopping block?

Effectively, we become environmental parasites, happy to accept products from countries indulging in unethical practices while we wave the flag of environmental purity.  Pure hypocrisy.

Unfortunately, our government made its decision to pursue a nebulous climate change agenda and to shut down our established and potential oil, gas and mining industries.

Huntly Power Station on the banks of the Waikato river

Now a newspaper reports that Genesis Energy Chief Executive Marc England warns Genesis is running out of fuelQuote.

We are close to pushing the button on some coal imports because we need to keep our stocks up at Huntly so that we can keep the lights on.

Genesis Energy is looking at importing coal as it grapples with a tight wholesale electricity market and a shortage of gas.” End of quote.

Well if this doesn’t confirm the coalition government’s proclivity to sabotage our economic future by dealing a swift uppercut to the energy sector, I don’t know what will. Quote.

When we do that (import coal), New Zealand is suddenly not self-sufficient for its energy,” he said.

Added to the supply/demand problem was the planned outage of Unit-5, a highly-efficient, gas-fired turbine at Huntly, for five weeks later this month and next month. Unit 5, which serves 400,000 households, is already running at half its capacity due to the gas shortage.

“It’s a bit of a warning for the change that New Zealand will have in a world without gas.”   End of quote.

We will no longer be self sufficient for our energy, we will have swapped energy self sufficiency for climate change enthusiast flag waving.  Did anyone in the current government realise what would happen? Did any of the opposition think it might be a problem?  What are we paying our politicians for?

This is a very big turnaround for resource rich New Zealand and it’s not just the energy sector that will be hurting.

The latest MBIE report on the manufacturing sector lists some basic goods manufactured here that will be affected by energy price and availability.  Quote.

A large part of manufacturing in New Zealand – as is the case in most developed economies – is focused on the production of low and medium-low technology goods e.g. food and beverage products, metal products, textiles, plastics, paper, lumber and building materials.” End of quote.

In the twinkling of an eye we are at the mercy of international oil, gas and coal supply and pricing while our own resources lie neglected.

Good onya TRUMPY , no need for him to play the climate game , he keeps winning and he isn't handing over billions/trillions .   Cindy hasn't got a clue , banned gas exploration , handing over a billion a year into the climate slush fund and somehow we are all going to drive electric cars but won't be able to generate enough electricity to charge the battery's .

Greenhouse gas emissions continued to plummet during President Donald Trump’s first year in office, according to new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) data.

Based on data from more than 8,000 large facilities, EPA found greenhouse gas emissions, mostly carbon dioxide, fell 2.7 percent from 2016 to 2017. Emissions from large power plants fell 4.5 percent from 2016 levels, according to EPA.

“Thanks to President Trump’s regulatory reform agenda, the economy is booming, energy production is surging, and we are reducing greenhouse gas emissions from major industrial sources,” EPA acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler said in a statement.

Earlier this year, the Energy Information Administration reported that per-capita greenhouse gas emissions hit a 67-year low during Trump’s first year in office.
