Combined Breeding Farm for Standardbreds and Thoroughbreds

With NZ Bloodstock recently deciding to provide services to both codes it would seem logical to me that breeding farms could potentially stand both thoroughbred and standardbred stallions at the same location 

i believe that such an operation could provide breeders with potential cost savings on foaling fees and agistment rates which is much needed in today’s hard economic times

The codes are world's apart when it comes to breeding so I could not seeing it happening. . . .
