Mardy labelled 6 of the 11 winners in today's comp and leaps from 3rd to top spot while former leader Ian (Von Cettes) slipped back to 3rd. Thepaw moved up 3 places to 5th after tipping 4 winners while Rex (mrzim) was the big mover into the top 10 today making up 22 places to land in 8th just astern of his better half ! Next Saturday we have 10 races from Oz and one each from Hawera and Matamata.

Yep Mardy was on fire yesterday... still a long way to go 12 more races this weekend... I need a top up of some go fast from somewhere maybe some schooling this week....

Yea am not sure how i feel about being in front with a number of races to go.Not really sure what my plan of attack is/has been.Try and pick consistently and throw in a couple of roughies and hopefully keep the points ticking over.Certainly an enjoyable comp to be a part of.

I was just about to ask the same question and then it clicked, he posts them on another channel. Some might say its a bit rich doing that yet chasing the gold on here but thats not for me to decide.

As I said before I used to post on here all the time,but felt like they weren't getting much attention so thought I'd try some where else.And I've also said that I have no preference over the 2 racing sites...I'm a racing fan and im supporting both sites...and I definitely won't be starting anything malicious.

Thanks Newmarket...it takes a lot of work from many to run the comps...its not easy to please everyone all the time.....

You obviously do have  a preference , you run comps on the other channel which is entirely your prerogative, They probably need you more than ever now as Frizell has chucked the towel in after getting lots of grief. Hesi's doing backstroke about it

You just can't please some people NM no matter what you do.

People take time to post a Comp for everyone's benefit, yet they get abused for scoring methods or lack of updates.

Given the quality of prizes on offer here, not sure why you would go anywhere else frankly....

Im hearing you Ohokaman. Thats why i posted about how well run these comps are  by you and PJ and others. plus, look how the entrants say thanks etc when they post selections, it shows respect IMHO

That guy on the other channel got grief about next to nothing from participants so chucked the towel in. Without any moderation its hard to see why anyone would want to run a comp there yet hesi was now trying to get him to reconsider.

Does it matter posting on both channels?  I enter the comps on both channels.  The prize money on here is very generous.  The formats, frequency & presentation of updates and the banter is better on the other channel.  For me there is a place for both.
