ivanthegreat 1,123 Report post Posted July 28, 2018 It is probably Matt Markham.............. simply because his 4 selections in each race at Oamaru are the same as the shark's. Well on past performances good luck following this crap , he regularly goes into Friday night with 1 or 2 winners. Having said this there are a couple of obvious ones there today so a basic pass today would be 3 winners. On the whole the entire lineup at trackside need to take a good look at their records as every one other than the Whale would qualify for a rates rebate. MisterEd 323 Report post Posted July 28, 2018 The TAB would not hire someone who was any good at tipping. Casing point all their other tipsters! Obviously he will still get a winner every now and then which they will talk up bigtime, but he will have no consistency at all and the overall trend if you back all his tips is losing. Toblerone 242 Report post Posted July 28, 2018 The Shark is a fictitious character created by NZRB's marketing guy Nick Tedeschi. They changed the TAB Trackside social media to 'The Shark' and they just funnel all their tips and picks from various people through that. Don't get sucked in. Should only be improved by that performance and will pick a win up at short notice. Selections for multiples: 8-5-6-2 Not in the 1st 4 in 8 horse field Result 1,2,7,5 BET NOW Race 2 4 Honey Cullen: Glimpses of ability in short career with new trainer. tonkatime 323 Report post Posted July 30, 2018 TAB Sp S on S so S red S · It was a massive weekend for the Shark's Aussie tips with a profit on turnover of 216% since Friday! Don't miss out this week, he's got three runners at Bathurst here In the interest of balance, anyone trying to select or tip in every race is going fail horribly. chelseacol

ivanthegreat 1,123 Report post Posted August 1, 2018 August, 8:30 The Shark: Best at Cambridge Harness on Thursday Photo by: Trish Dunell Race 1 4 Scanreco Bay: Enjoys the amateur racing a lot better than when racing in open grade and with a formidable trainer and driver combo for these sorts of race, it’s highly likely he will be a major player once again. Selections: 4-7-3-6 BET NOW Race 2 3 My Boy Boo: Carried too much money on debut after an impressive trial victory to not be a leading player in this. Needs to get the manners right, but with those he’s a big chance of success this evening. Selections: 3-5-2-6 BET NOW Race 3 3 Coolie Kid: Another who has been the subject of good punter support in the career to date and has been there or thereabouts in fields stronger than this. Should give you a good sight. Selections: 3-1-4-6 BET NOW Race 4 1 Western Delight: Took it to Auckland last week and didn’t get a whole heap of luck. Grabs the pole tonight and should be on the speed throughout and with a little more luck, right there at the finish too. Selections: 1-10-6-7 BET NOW Race 5 13 Regal Eagle: Created a good impression in the first campaign which included a win and a second. Not the kindest of draws fresh up but with a nice drag into the race he can get over the top of them late. Selections: 13-11-12-10 BET NOW Race 6 11 New York Rain: Hard to look past after three superb runs to open this campaign, all at Auckland where the going is that little bit tougher too. Should stalk the speed and then assert her authority on these. Selections: 11-8-6-9 BET NOW Race 7 1 Rose Ryal: Going near enough in four starts to date and comes up with a pretty plum draw to have a real crack at breaking the maiden status. Should be aggressive early and therefore a leading contender when things get serious. Selections: 1-9-2-3 BET NOW Race 8 11 Monaro Mia: Did enough last week at Alexandra Park to suggest she’ll be ready to grab another win tonight. Placed in the Harness Jewels on the track and should really be winning the last of the night. ivanthegreat 1,123 Report post Posted August 4, 2018 The Shark: Best At Forbury Park Harness On Sunday Race 1 2 Pat The Monkey: All but had them beat at Oamaru last Sunday and must surely get rewarded with success soon. Manners are near perfect so you’re going to be on the speed and out of trouble and going close to winning. Selections for Multiples: 2-7-5-4 BET NOW Race 2 7 Nanelle Franco: Canterbury visitor who wasn’t bad running fifth on debut behind a pretty smart one at Addington. This field is a whole new ball game, in a positive favour, with nothing like the competition faced in that performance. Should be awfully hard to beat. Selections for Multiples: 7-5-6-1 BET NOW Race 3 7 Donegal Carrickfin: Been knocking around against some pretty smart types in recent weeks and should relish the opportunity to take on something a little easier here. Can do work and show fight at the finish so should rise above this field and grab a well-deserved win. Selections for Multiples: 7-5-2-4 BET NOW Race 4 1 Nicky Anew: Big run in that truly bizarre races here a few weeks ago when beaten by one that sat just off the speed. Drawn one with Dexter in the bike so going to be in all the right places to snare the elusive maiden win finally. Selections for Multiples: 4-8-3-6 BET NOW Race 5 5 Omar Sharif: Loving the Forbury way of life with his last three starts here netting two wins and a second. Steps up in grade a bit this week but on what he’s shown he should still be able to make this race his own. Selections for Multiples: 5-8-6-2 BET NOW Race 6 8 Ferrits Sister: There was a fair bit of talk around for this one last time out and the fourth that followed the talk wasn’t too bad. Perhaps building towards something quite worthwhile and even from a wide draw today, the watch is on. Selections for Multiples: 8-9-2-1 BET NOW Race 7 2 Bono Hest: Consistent trotter who just keeps running good, honest races. Not world beater, but you wouldn’t mind owning a few like him because he gives you a sight every week. More of the same here again today, maybe far enough forward to snare the victory too. Selections for Multiples: 2-5-10-9 BET NOW Race 8 4 Honey Cullen: Led them a merry chase at Oamaru and was only hauled in late in the piece. Hard to see why the tactics won’t be the same again this week and with a clean corner around the final bend they might not haul him in this time.
